Terms of purchase

JumpYard provides sports and leisure activities in our facilities in Sweden. These terms of purchase apply when you as a customer at www.jumpyard.se purchase products or pay for bookings of these activities. Agreements are entered into between you and the relevant JumpYard site.

If you have questions or need to get in touch with us regarding our products or services, please contact the facility in question in the first instance. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent’s permission to shop with us.

We reserve the right for any misprints, product changes, price adjustments, deviations and any final sale. We reserve the right to adjust any incorrect prices before and after the order is processed. We endeavour to ensure that our photos and videos are as representative as possible and correspond to reality. We cannot guarantee that all photos and videos accurately reflect the true appearance of the products or services.

All prices on www.jumpyard.se are in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made via the payment options offered on the website. Please note that the payment services are provided by independent payment service providers and require that you also accept the terms and conditions of the payment services.

When you book and pay for an activity on www.jumpyard.se, the service is delivered when you visit our facility. After completing the booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the booking details to the email address you provided. If the details are not correct or you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the establishment to which the booking was made as soon as possible, contact details can be found at www.jumpyard.se.

If you have purchased a gift voucher on www.jumpyard.se, it will be delivered immediately in an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. If for any reason you do not receive this e-mail, please contact the establishment where you made the purchase, contact details can be found at www.jumpyard.se.

For trampoline jumping (Entry, Family Entry, JumpBaby, etc.) we do not make cancellations / refunds, but in case of any obstacles contact us and we will reschedule your time for a later date.

For parties (JumpParty), if you cancel more than 7 days before the party, you will get your money back.

Please note that the right of cancellation in the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises does not apply to contracts concerning leisure activities.
